Ingredients
 

  • 1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes with juice
  • 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 fresh jalapeño pepper - roughly chopped (more if you want it spicy)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1 lime juiced

Instructions
 

  • Put all of the ingredients in a blender.
  • Pulse a few times or blend for 30 seconds or until the ingredients are finely chopped. You can make it as smooth or chunky as you like.
  • Serve with tortilla chips for dipping. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Keeps in the fridge for 4 to 5 days but best when eaten fresh that day!
