1 box (10) Twinkies
1 pkg (8oz) Soft Cream Cheese
1 cup powder sugar
8 oz (but more is better) thawed Cool Whip
2 pkgs (3.4 oz each) Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 can pumpkin (smaller size)
1 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 cup Milk
Slice the Twinkies in half lengthwise and place cream side up in a 9X13 pan. Blend the cream cheese, sugar and half of the cool whip. Spread this mixture onto the Twinkies. Combine dry pudding, can pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and milk. Put this mixture onto the cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining cool whip. Sprinkle pumpkin pie spice on top of cool whip. Keep in fridge until serving.
