Ingredients:
2 1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 heaping tsps of hot chocolate mix powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 sticks real salted butter
1/2 package Resess peanut butter chips
1/2 package Hersheys milk chocolate chips
1 cup marshmellow minis cut in quarters (optional)
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together (minus brown sugar) in one bowl. Cream together butter, eggs, vanilla, brown sugar in another. Slowly mix dry ingredients with creamed ones mixing well, fold in chips. Scoop with #50 Ice cream scoop in rows onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for approx. 8 to 9 minutes. At the last minute pull out and press a few of the quartered mini marshmellows into tops of cookies (optional) and put back into oven. When finished, cool on pan about 2 minutes. Remove and let rest on cookie sheet. At this point I dust the top with some hot chocolate powder (optional)
