Got leftover ham? That’s a good thing! I am all about putting leftovers to good use. I was on Twin Cities Live this week hammin’ it up with the hosts, John and Elizabeth. They both loved my Tortellini Skillet recipe with diced ham and peas in a rich and delcious alfredo cream sauce. Quick and easy too and just one dish to wash! Love that!
Instead of a boring ham sandwich, try my Ham and Cheese Paninis. You’d pay big bucks for these at a restaurant. Save some money and make them at home! They go great with my Tomato Basil Soup. Sometimes soup and a great sandwich for dinner just hits the spot! And, why not jazz up your Deviled Eggs with a little diced ham? My family loves these! Yours will too!
