4 to 6 small lobster tails
1/4 cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or Italian parsley
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cut lobster tails in half lengthwise, exposing flesh. Combine oil, garlic, lemon juice and herbs in small mixing bowl. Brush mixture onto flesh side of lobster tails. Place lobster onto grill and cook for 4 to 7 minutes, depending on the size of the lobster tail. Turn lobster once and brush with oil while grilling. Remove from heat and serve lobster with warm melted butter and lemon wedges.
