    I’ve made a version of this for the past 20 years and it’s my most requested appetizer. I use an entire bunch of green onions and no milk. After it sits out a while, it spreads fine. I also use a large jar of dried beef that I finely chop in my food processor and spread a thin layer on a dinner plate before adding the rest to the cream cheese. Once the ball is made, I roll it around on the plate to coat the outside. Pretty!

    I have used this recipe several times but increased the Budding beef to the corned beef and used two packages instead of one. Served it last night at a Christmas party at our house. It was a hit. Love your show.
