1 or 2 pounds hamburger (depending on family size)
1 medium onion
2 can of diced tomatoes with basil and oregono
Brown hamburger and onions together. While they are browning open your two cans of tomatoes and pour the juice into a separate bowl. Leave the tomatoes in the can. Get some water boiling. After you get half way to boil, add the tomatoes. Stir them for a minute or two. Add sour cream and let that melt. Then put noodles into the boiling water.
Add Worcestershire sauce to taste and the balsamic if you like. Add some of the left over juice if you want to thin it out and serve over egg noodles. Salt and pepper to taste. * add mushrooms if desired!!
I will make a huge pan of this and my family will leave nothing for leftovers!! Its so easy and I just made it up myself not knowing what to make and i love it!!
