Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of fresh cranberries
1/2 cup peeled and finely diced apple
1 serrano or jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely diced
3 to 4 tablespoons sugar
Zest from 1 orange
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Pulse cranberries in a food processor until coarsely chopped. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
