Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

12 Potatoes (sliced)
1 lg. Onion (cut)
3 tsp. Butter
Flour (sprinkle after each layer)
Diced Ham
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 family size can of cream of mushroom soup
1 small can of cream of chicken soup

Layer potatoes, flour, butter, onions, ham and salt and pepper into 3 layers. Blend together soup and 1 1/4 cup of milk. Bake at 425 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

    Do you pour the soups over the layers of potatoes, flour, butter, onions, ham & salt & pepper or do you put the soup over each of the 3 layers of potatoes, etc.

      Hi Nancy. This recipe was shared by another cooking mom. I will email to ask her but I would guess you put the soups between the layers. -Amy
