1 prepared graham cracker crust
1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 can (20 ounces) cherry pie filling
Use a mixer to beat together cream cheese, condensed milk, and lemon juice until fluffy. Spoon into baked graham cracker pie shell. Chill until set. Top with cherry pie filling. You can decorate with fresh whipped cream and mint sprig if you like.
