Ingredients:
1 lb. pork sausage (and bacon if desired)
2 cups milk
6 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 slices bread of your choice (cubed)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Cook sausages and bacon as directed then cube up. Beat eggs with milk and salt. Layer the bread cubes, meat and cheese in a 9×13 inch sprayed baking dish. Pour egg mixture on top. Refrigerate overnight (so the egg will soak into the bread). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6-8.
Notes:
You could also add in any of your other favorite fixings such as green pepper, onion, mushrooms, etc.
