Ingredients:
2- 8 ounce packages of cream cheese
1 cup of crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans
Directions:
Beat cream cheese with a mixer until smooth. Mix in bleu cheese, onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Transfer mixture into a bowl that has been lined with plastic wrap. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next day, form the mixture into a ball. Spread nuts out on a plate. Roll the ball in the nuts until coated. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers.
