1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
1 to 2 scallions, chopped
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Hard rolls or Hamburger buns, split and toasted
Use your hands to gently mix the first 5 ingredients together. Shape into 4 to 6 patties. Chill until you are ready to cook. Season patties with salt and pepper. Pre-heat grill. Grill burgers for 3 to 5 minutes per side, or until internal temp of 165°. Don’t press down on burgers while cooking. Serve on split, toasted hamburger buns or hard rolls with lettuce, tomato slices, and mayonnaise if desired.
