Ingredients:
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 to 4 salmon fillets
Directions:
Oil and heat grill to medium-high heat. Mix together BBQ sauce and brown sugar. Grill skin side down for 2 minutes. Brush fish generously with barbecue sauce mixture. Grill another 4 to 8 minutes or until fish just starts to flake easily with fork, brushing with remaining sauce.
