I love to have people over for breakfast or brunch! But, I’m not sure I could handle 4,500 people. That’s how many showed up at Carlson Farm for the Marinette County Breakfast on the farm over the weekend. They set a record! It was a blast and now I know why so many people came. The food! WOW! Loads of it! Talk about a big omelet! The guys in charge of the eggs and ham let me help a bit. I’ve never seen a bigger omelet pan. No way to flip this omelet. Besides eggs, there was sausage, pancakes, doughnuts, cheese curds, and even ice cream sundaes for dessert. Met some great kids out there. How cute are these guys! And, this is even before they had the ice cream! Well, if the Carlson’s can handle that many people, I can handle the house full I’ve got coming this week. My mom and my nieces are coming from Arizona to spend some time with us at the cottage. I’m so excited! It’s been more than a year since I’ve seen them. I’ll be cooking up a storm this week. Hey, maybe I can borrow that omelet pan! Stay tuned I’ll be blogging about our visit.

I’m not sure! Must have been at least a few dozen. They fed 4-thousand people!
