O Glorious Night!
Little angels, little shepherds, the grade school band a little off key but playing their hearts out and the choir, with my daughter Ireland in it, singing Silent Night. Pure magic! I look forward to it every year! The grade school Christmas show. For just a couple hours I forget that last night Ireland was stressing out about what to wear or that there are more Christmas cards to mail, more shopping to do. It will all be there in the morning. This is what the holidays are all about! As we all sang Joy to the World to end the evening I thought to myself it just doesn’t get much better than this. I feel incredibly blessed this Christmas! this year my husband and I chose to give tpys to the Salvation army to distribute rather than buy gifts for each other. I love doing this; GIVING. My 18 year old son, Justin, died 12 yrs. ago. We did this in memory of Him….
