Fun with Family In Little Italy

Fun with Family In Little Italy

Dinner at Mama SantasIf you can’t get to Italy, head to Cleveland! There is an area on the east side called Little Italy. It’s so cool! Old churches, cobblestone streets, gelato, Italian bakeries, and of course lots of amazing Italian restaurants too.

Whenever we go to visit Bob’s family in Cleveland, we have to go there! The nieces and nephews, aunts, and uncles, and Gramee too, we all meet for a big family dinner at Mama Santos. It’s our favorite! Nothing fancy but it’s delish!

Mama Santa RestaurantWe always start with a big antipasto salad and fresh baked Italian bread. Then it’s pizza time. Thin, crunchy crust, homemade Italian sausage. It’s my absolute favorite! Lots of laughs and great family stories at the table. What fun! For dessert we all head for gelato or the bakery for goodies to take home.

What a great night! I can’t wait to come back here again. Have you ever been? If so what’s your favorite place in Little Italy? Our monster East coast road trip continues! Next stop, Richmond, Virginia! Check back to see what fun we found there!
