Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
2 cups milk
1 lb processed american cheese, cubed (Velveeta)
2 oz pimentos (optional)
1/4 cup flour
1/2 pkg dry onion soup mix
Directions:
Chop up dry onion soup mix in chopper or blender. Then mix all together and melt slowly.
Notes:
Cut up cubes of french bread and dunk in mixture. Great!! I freeze left overs.
